What is Florida Student Camp?

Word of Life Florida Youth Camp and Conference Center is designed to be a highly focused program that is exciting and life changing! Word of Life strives to teach each camper to KNOW Christ as their personal Savior by challenging them to accept God’s free gift; to GROW in their knowledge of God’s Word; and to SHOW their faith to others by challenging them to be God’s representative. Word of Life Florida Youth Camp has a unique way of influencing campers to make life long decisions. Our goal at Word of Life is to make a lasting imprint on the hearts of everyone who attends - junior camper, teen camper or youth leader. Join us for the most incredible summer of your life!

Directions
Take I-75 to exit 285 (old exit 59) which is State Rd. 52.
Drive west approximately 14 miles and turn right onto Hays Rd.
Drive 2 miles and turn left onto Hudson Ave., then turn left at the Word of Life entrance.

From Tampa International Airport/Tampa Area:

Use the Veterans Expressway North (Toll Road 589)
Follow the Veterans Expressway until it splits and turns into the Suncoast Parkway,
Stay left onto Suncoast Parkway (Toll Road 589)
Follow Suncoast Parkway North
Take the Exit for San Antonio/Dade City (State Road 52)
At the End of the Exit Ramp, take a left onto State Road 52 (SR 52 West)
Drive for about a ½ mile and turn right onto Hays Road.
Drive 2 miles and turn left onto Hudson Ave., then turn
left at the Word of Life entrance.

Policies...gotta have 'em

Code of Conduct
No smoking, alcoholic beverages, illicit drugs are allowed.  Pets are only permitted at the Family Campground campsites and must be leashed.  Attendance is required at all meetings.  Only modest one-piece bathing apparel is permitted (1 Timothy 2:9). Word of Life reserves the right to terminate accommodations for persons who display disruptive or abusive conduct.

Admissions Policy
Admissions and participation in all programs at Word of Life Conference Center and camps is open to all persons regardless of race, color or national origin.

Insurance Policy
Word of Life Camps are a non-profit, charitable organization dependent on God and His people. Those who use Word of Life facilities and/or engage in related activities, waive and release and claim for personal injury or property damage. Attendees agree to carry insurance or have the resources to cover the expenses related to personal injury or property damage.

Media Policy
Please do not bring cell phones, music/media players, computers, PDAs, radios, TVs and gaming devices
